It had been a knowledgeable knowledge to make this kind of Financial Examination report in largest fast paced consumer products (FMCG) organization in Pakistan, i. elizabeth. Unilever Pakistan Limited (UPL). The making of the record helped to experience a deep insight into the working with the company. We learned the right way to analyze quite financial assertions and remove valuable effects out of those in order to understand the company's total standing. that first looked like there was an easy task but some areas necessary special attention and understanding. Below we exhibit our profound gratitude to the respected program instructor, Mr. Muhammad Usman who was often here to steer us and give us support to complete this difficult task.

SUBJECTIVE

This report covers the financial examination of Unilever, a giant buyer good maker. Using the industry's financial data, some very essential aspects had been brought ahead which include liquidity, activity, and debt and profitability position of the company. These essential aspects have been used to go over the company's efficiency of the five consecutive years; 2005, 2006, 2007, 08, 2009. This kind of report includes ratio analysis, interpretation of the calculated ratios, conclusions and the end a few valuable recommendations for a better way forward for the company. Besides this, the sources by where details has been obtained have also been pointed out vividly.
